He has been involved in successful bidding processes and acquisitions of various companies under liquidation such as Kwality Ltd. for JSPL, etc. He has also extensively advised a Singapore-based international conglomerate on strategic insolvency and restructuring matters in India.

- Advising and representing JSPL (successful bidder) for acquiring Kwality Ltd. under liquidation and getting various reliefs and concessions for it.
- Advising and representing State Bank of India in the corporate insolvency resolution process of Meenakshi Energy Ltd.
- Advising and representing various corporates in the CIRP and Liquidation process under IBC.
- Advising and representing various financial and operation creditors including banks, corporates, home-buyers, etc. before various NCLT’s and NCLAT.
- Advised and represented Sunflag Iron and Steel Ltd. in its arbitration proceedings initiated against a coal mine owner in Orissa for contractual breach in supply of iron ore.
- Advised various corporations in arbitration proceedings.
- Advised and represented JSW for various alleged environmental violations before the NGT
- Extensively worked on an oppression and mismanagement dispute under the Companies Act before NCLT representing the Max group.
- Advised and represented a Singapore based international conglomerate for their various litigations pending before NCLT, NCLAT and the Supreme Court
